- Basement – extensive areas of up to 120mt³.
- Ground floor – private storage units from 20mt³ to 120mt³.
- 1st Floor – private storage units from 10mt³ to 90mt³.
- 2nd Floor – private storage units from 18mt³ to 26mt³.
Humidity, temperature and light control
- Concrete building, designed for furniture storage, which avoids external humidity and internal condensation.
- Storage units with no wiring or light, but only the one emitted from the distribution halls.
Monthly Fumigation
- – Our distribution halls are fumigated, not our storage units per se.

National Fire Department Permits
— Evacuation signs, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers (dry-powder, foam, CO2), fire doors and emergency systems.
