General Regulations
Access
The storage facility can be accessed from Mondays to Fridays from 9:30am to 5pm (GMT-3). Only the owner of the items or an authorized person can enter, and they will be accompanied by one of our staff members.
Item Removal
To move the items, the company must be notified at least 24 hours before the actual move.
When a new lot arrives at the facility, the following steps will be carried out:
- Fumigation – each lot will be fumigated upon arrival.
- Inventory – the company creates an internal inventory, providing details of packages and boxes
- Setting up – to make the most out of the space, each lot is set up optimally in the storage unit, so that each client occupies the least possible space and the renting cost decreases as well. This is done by our highly trained staff, which will also unpack and unload the lot when it is removed.
This is not included in the monthly storage fee, as neither is the removal service.
